Custom Digital Services & Reports

At Sovereign Pathways L.L.C., each Blueprint to Enlightenment, Natal Chart Report, and Esoteric Profile is a created individually from scratch which takes hours of intensive work. Because each of these reports are custom-tailored to your specific birth data and require immediate analytical labor to complete, i adhere to a strict NO REFUND POLICY.

1. All Sales Are Final

Once an order is placed for any digital service or custom report, there are No refunds, returns, or exchanges. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that the work begins immediately upon receipt of your data. Due to the digital nature of these products and the time required for their creation, i cannot "reclaim" the service once it has been initiated.

2. Accuracy of Information

Your Blueprint is only as accurate as the data you provide. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that all the data provided at checkout are 100% correct. This data again included the Clients: 

• FULL Name At birth (first, middle, and last) 
• Gender at Birth:
• Birth Date (Month, Day, Year). 
• EXACT Birth Time
•  Birth Location (city, state, and country)

(All of this information can be found on your birth certificate) 

If a report is generated based on incorrect information provided by the client, a new report must be purchased at the full current rate.

No refunds will be issued for errors resulting from inaccurate client data.

3. Cancellation of Orders

Because my systems are designed to begin the synthesis of your data immediately upon purchase, orders cannot be canceled once they have been submitted. Please ensure you are fully committed to your journey before completing your transaction.

4. Digital Delivery

All Blueprints and reports are delivered in PDF format to the email address provided at checkout. Please ensure your email is correct and check your "Spam" or "Promotions" folders if you do not see your delivery within 3 Business Days.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

In the rare event of a technical error on our end (such as a corrupted file), we will provide a replacement digital copy at no additional cost.

By booking a service, or purchasing a product with Sovereign Pathways L.L.C., you the client acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to abide by the No Refund Policy. You the Client understand and agree that this  Agreement both follows, and is supported by all applicable State and Federal laws.
